As you might guess from its name, this program is basically a simple audio-file converter. The program can transform tracks among WMA, MP3, and WAV formats, although it strangely doesn't support conversions between WAV and MP3. One of WMA To MP3 Converter's neatest attributes is the built-in library of skins that help dress up the no-nonsense interface. For each output format, you can select audio quality, and if you're using MP3, you can apply VBR compression. In our tests, the app demonstrated good speed, but the 30-track demo restriction seems too limited, especially in light of this program's narrow focus. Still, if you only want a simple audio-conversion app and don't routinely use other formats such as OGG or AAC, this program gets the job done.
